When you’re ready to share access to specific services within your Google Workspace account with Method Analytics:
Step 1: Delegate Administrator Roles #
Assign roles to Method Analytics’ team members to give them administrative access.
1. In the Admin console, go to “Admin roles”.
2. Click “Create new role”, input a name and description, and assign specific privileges.
3. Add members from Method Analytics to the role.
Step 2: Share Specific Services #
To provide access to services like Google Drive or Calendar:
1. Log in to the service (e.g., Google Drive).
2. Locate the item or service you want to share (e.g., a specific folder).
3. Right-click on the item and select “Share”.
4. Enter Method Analytics’ team member’s email address and select the type of access (e.g., Editor).
5. Click “Send”.
Note: Adjust sharing permissions according to the level of access needed – viewing, commenting, or editing.
